Anoushka currently is a High School Sophomore in South Brunswick and, like her sister Trishala, is a skilled dancer. She has been learning Bharatanatyam under the able guidance of Smt. Ramya Ramnarayan since 2001. She has a very vibrant personality, has a keen interest in understanding the mythological stories and a possesses a unique ability to comprehend the characters’ emotions, which she skillfully portrays in her dances. She has also been learning Carnatic music from Jayshree Iyer since 2007. She volunteers at the Public library and is a member of the Youth Advisory Council as well as the Teen Special Forces which plan and conduct educational and entertaining programs for teens. She is a Junior Statesmen of America (JSA) member and is interested in politics.
